Good For you Too Snack!!

Pineapple Flaxseed Smoothie:
1 8 oz. container of non fat vanilla  yougert.
1cup of fresh pineapple chopped.
4 oz. skim Milk
1 cup of ice
1 tblspoon of ground or not flaxseed.
Blend
Serve with fresh slice of pineapple.
enjoy.
Will make enough  for 2 large servings

Pineapple Smoothie is a quick, easy drink recipe. This is a wonderful vitamin C rich drink, which is packed with flavor and nutrition. This is prepared with ripe pineapple slices, crushed ice and sweetener of choice.
